• Tammy Hauser is a theatrical producer, nonprofit arts consultant, and CEO of Discover Sarasota Tours, a tour company located in Sarasota, FL.
• Prior to founding Blue Sky Thinking in 2001, Tammy worked as the Director of Education and Community Relations for Hennepin Theater Trust in Minneapolis, as the Director of Arts and Education for the Minnesota State Arts Board and as Statewide Director of the Magnet Arts High Schools for the Perpich Center for Arts Education.
• Tammy has more than 35 years of experience managing theater, dance, music, and arts organizations across the country and has served as a theater grants panelist for the MN State Arts Board, and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Cathy has served as the director of operations at the Mel Fisher Maritime Museum since 2019, where she works closely with the exhibitions and collections staff, and directs onsite and online exhibitions and related programming.

Prior to joining the Mel Fisher Maritime Museum, she served as the manager of granting programs for the Greater Hartford Arts Council (CT) and directed both an arts service organization (NY) and an arts agency (ME). She has extensive curatorial experience, primarily in contemporary art (NY).

Cathy also served three years as a panelist for the New York State Council for the Arts, Visual Arts program.  And served several times as a panelist for the Metropolitan Transit Authority’s Art in Transit program.
