Excellence:

  • EXCELLENT job articulating the organization's goals and specific objectives.  The new contract, expanded season, and salaries for musicians are huge wins for the organization as a whole.
  • The incorporation of technology and other unique ways in which the organization reaches into the community is game changing in an industry often adverse to change.

Impact:

  • Do any of the JSYO outreach activities include instruments for less-advantaged students?
  • Every area here is wonderfully detailed and specific.

Management:

  • The evaluation plan area seems to be a cut and paste of the fiscal condition statement.  What is the evaluation plan?
  • As the deficit is decreasing, what aims have been identified to be fiscally responsible?
