Excellence:

  • Very easy to read this narrative!  I appreciate the attainable goals and fully measurable objectives included.

Impact:

  • Love to see the noted hotel incentives, this is the first organization I have reviewed to mention this aspect.
  • 90% reinvestment within your home community is a laudable number!  That is higher than on average and a testament to the organization's investment in their home community.
  • The expansion of MusicWorks! is notable.  It would be good to see a larger number of students involved in this organization however for the size of the area.
  • M/P: The marketing plan is very comprehensive and the numbers provided are very helpful to asses the organization.  Besides the livestreams, it would also be good to see social media reach through likes/followers and post reach.  Maybe even some social media commentary in the supplemental materials section.

Management:

  • It would be good to see the patron survey utilized and examples of how the data gleaned from these surveys impacts upcoming season planning.
  • The rest of the evaluation plan is very comprehensive.
  • Excellent to see requested funding is dedicated to proposal-specific aims!
