Need clarification on percentage; request for $150,000 is 22% if TOI for PCC is $658,010. Are those figures correct?
Berry Shawn - Score: 96.000

Great program. You might want to consider updating your 504 Self evaluation.

I like the programs you offer off-season Sing a long, vocal camps.

Excellence:

  • Be cautious with the way in which you present your goals and objectives. Goals are broad aims that should be supported by several measurable objectives.  Objectives such as " raise our artistic bar" are subjective in nature and inherently not measurable.  Here, under the goal of Rigorous Musical Education you could list objectives tied directly to specific musical aims or musical assessments of individual members.

Impact:

  • The narrative should include more specific details related to both the proposal description as well as the local economic development.  The latter was discussed in broad terms, but such items as hotel stays, local employment salary figures, dining partners and the like is missing.
  • The marketing and promotion plan is fairly detailed, but it would be good to see such things as social media likes/followers, post reach, and more specifics for the other noted programs.  It is always best to provide as much detail as possible for these items.

Management:

  • It would be beneficial to see grant funds used towards items that directly benefit the community or student as opposed to administrative items.
