Balog Scott - Score: 77.000
Limited event schedule and outreach activities beyond current season ticket holders.
Betancourt Javier - Score: 76.000

The program has a unique emphasis on film and integrating film projects in a community. The timeline has good program detail.

CONCERNS: The proposal is too vague overall. There is no programmatic direction, not enough logic driving the idea behind the initiative, no tie back to the evaluation, it is unclear how diversity will be addressed intentionally, unclear how varied populations will benefit, no discussion of partner roles, programming is vague, school-based and youth numbers are low but school initiatives mentioned, roles of school are unclear and not listed as partners, who is defined as an artist? There is $25K in the budget for artists but it is unclear in the narrative. The synopsis is unclear and is actually an activity list. The impact is only about economics and financials which is a good start but there should be a programmatic evaluation, what is the goal and how will it be achieved through an arts & culture program? This is not made clear by the application.

Good use of ticket analytics for evaluation goal.

It looks like the grant monies would be well spent in terms of artistic talent and programming and that their is a good variety of programming. But conspicuously missing was attachments about the programming or video etc...
