Program at first seems monolithic (Jewish culture) but is actually admirably diverse, excellent autism project, good education initiative with the Kid's Theater project, good specific marketing, great detail on activities throughout CONCERNS: Non structures, informal evaluation approach, suggest seeking an evaluation professional to develop more specific tools and guidelines for analysis, partnerships are not diverse enough, the educational curriculum could be more standards based and thus more useful to educators, project could be broader but admirable diversity is achieved. |

It's impressive the allocation of funds only to artists and the quality of the art. I like the diversity of the people served and balancing art for the professional audience with the educational elements for students. |
