great outreach to rural Bradford county, excellent Inclusion and diversity, good list of activities, good support of the state strategic plan, excellent budget support from Santa Fe college, good us of FL based artists, great partnerships, good marketing plan
CONCERNS: Missing key detail in the budget narrative, there are requests in the budget which are not explained in the narrative such as travel, tech staff and security (for events) what is the space rental for events for? what is the in district travel for? the evaluation pkan needs more depth of analysis, seek a professional |

An excellent Goal to stimulate the local creative economy. Good impact statement How will you measure the projects economic impact in the community? Proposal says the project wants to go national but no marketing plan or mention how it will do that. Seems to only market locally. |

It looks like there is good diverse cultural programming. The press clippings were not in English (which is fine) but would be great to see some local press coverage and also a video that was a little more dynamic (the youtube festival video which I cut and paste into my browser was so short and didn't have any art expressed for the Kamchatka Festival that appeared to be attributable to the college)...Maybe a little more on the description of the timeline programs planned. I had to dig really hard to get information. I also went to the college website to see more about the arts and cultural programs and there was very little on the programs you're offering - and should be. |
