lots of class variety, Artist in residence program, good support of local arts scene, great standards based curriculum, field trips good, nice timeline, parental involvement is good, great proposed behavioral models, excellent partnership

CONCERNS: Need more detail on the artistry, how are FL artists engaged? no detail on the corporate, foundations in the fiscal management, accessibility statement is very basic

Nice programming and proposal.  Would like to see data from evaluations that support program results.

Well stated goals and objectives.

Good Impact data

Good evaluation, but couldn't you track student success data as well to show your effectiveness?

This organization looks like it is doing really good art and with very at risk youth in difficult environments. I'd like to see more video/photographs of finished work by students who have actually chosen to go into arts as a result of ACT. It looks like the grant will go to many participating artists and there was an odd allocation to the President of around $3k. It also looks like this year they are almost doubling their income. How are they doing that? That's amazing
