Excellent program with varied activities all clearly focused around theater; excellent inclusion model; excellent work on developmental disability; disability inclusion is evident; great timeline; great partners; bilingual education; great evaluation model

CONCERNS: look for more ways to partner with the schools, develop standards based curriculum

It is quite disappointing to have organization lose points because a representative did not make the time to participate in the review process.  This was a strong proposal, which made it difficult to deduct points.  It would be a good practice to have someone be a part of the review, moving forward.  4 points were deducted under the management category as a result.

With the amount of community influence stated, there should be economic numbers to back it up to strengthen the proposal.

The evaluations do not directly measure all of the stated goals.

Running a stage company and adequately integrating local playwrights, youth casts and professionals in South Florida is very challenging. ASC is balancing a lot of these challenges and I like the allocation of dollars to about 30% to artists (would like that higher) but I understand the overhead allocation due to the challenges of management. I like that they have video in their attachments.
