Evaluation-What is done once the surveys are distributed? The evaluation cannot be useful unless the information is gathered and used in a systematic way to be informed for gains and improvement. Good Impact analytics and economic numbers. |

For the size of the grant requested, there was a relatively small amount allocated to artists (although the project indicated 1600 artists will be involved). Is that professional artists? It looks like a lot of the grant is going to marketing as opposed to multiple artistic disciplines. How will you achieve such an ambitious schedule without allocating more dollars to artists of excellence to help put on these shows? |
