I think the weakest part of this grant is the education study guide. I would take a look at how I could make that stronger, to create a tool that teachers can actually use in the classroom. What ages are your shows marketed to? I think multiple resource guides for each show would be more appropriate- then they can be tailored to each grade/education standard/ skill level. Would be great for you to include satisfaction and impact surveys. For example how many students became engaged in aviation and STEAM after seeing FLIGHT? |

Applicant provides ample evidence of programs supporting mission. Reviewer would like to see goals and measurable objectives described. Reviewer would like more details of partnerships. Applicant provides strong support of educational impact, but no mention of economic impact. To the degree possible, applicant gives support in management section and accessibility section. |

Under partnerships, it would be useful to sight specific past partners even if they are not slated for collaboration during the proposal period. The application instructions request fully measurable objectives in the Proposal Description section. I do not see any language about the metrics used to measure success of this Specific Cultural Project. Do you annually perform in all counties statewide? If not, please only identify which counties you perform in most each year to give reviewers an idea of how many counties you will perform in during a grant period. |

Impact score would have been higher if efforts to target under-served populations were described. The application states "population groups served will also be dependent on locations where performances will take place." After at least three years of grant funding, it would be nice to have seen historical data about populations served or a plan for targeting specific groups. |
