Excellence: Unclear what exactly the partnerships accomplish.

Impact: I do not see the 45 opportunities for public participation.  Are they combined with school opportunities?

Management: Although audience survey is included, metrics for evaluation are missing. I do not see the survey attached.

Missing information on counties served in the first two sections.

I appreciate the Kids Fringe and general education/outreach initiatives of the company. Including harder goals in terms of how many people you hope to impact per initiative in the narrative (not just totals in the Impact numbers section) would be helpful to see, and hold you better accountable.

There is also plenty of available space in the Proposal Impact narrative section to include more numbers to help panelists make a more informed decision.

Regarding economic impact, I would have also liked something more tangible in terms of your impact on your artists. Are these $100 flat stipends for 8 weeks of work? $100 a week? Again, there is a lot room for more detail here.

Marketing and promotion: forgive me beating the dead horse, I honestly think what you all do is exciting, it is just really hard to get a grasp without more specifics. Your goal is to increase your audience base by 1%? 10%? 50%? How much are you planning on investing in new marketing? What kind of increase is that for you?
